Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide, Rosa, explained everything very well. She conveyed her love for art and history. She answered our questions and encouraged us to ask more. There were two young people in the group, and she made sure they were involved and attentive, which was much appreciated. On Saturday, April 4th, there were many people because the Colosseum was closed on Friday the 3rd due to the Stations of the Cross. Although we had to wait in line, Rosa was always attentive to the movement of the queue while telling us and explaining details of the history. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente!!! Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent!!! The best part was our guide, Luca. His way of explaining things, the details he shared, and the passion with which he described what we were seeing made this the best tour we've ever had in Italy. The sites are spectacular, and it's definitely necessary to do it with a guide who clearly enjoys what he does. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The best tour ever! Alba was a fantastic guide, very professional and dedicated, with expert explanations and tips to make the visit more enjoyable. The places were incredible, although, as with everything during this October long weekend, the crowds diminished some of the charm. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Thanks to Macarena, we found the tour enjoyable and fun. She provided us with a lot of information. She also adapted to the group's pace, as there were older people in the group. Regarding the tour itself, I have to say it goes by quickly, perhaps too quickly, and you see many things in passing, but that's to be expected given the number of people there. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide was Miriam, and we really enjoyed the tour. It felt too short after seeing such a magnificent place with so much history, told with such enthusiasm and adding fun little touches. It made us want to keep exploring every corner. Thank you, Miriam, for looking after us every step of the way and for dedicating this time to us. Opinion translated. Show original.

I was delighted with our instructor, Macarena, a lovely woman from Seville. She was very attentive to us, as we were traveling with an elderly woman who is visually impaired. The company's service was terrible. We spent over 20 minutes looking for the group; they didn't answer calls, WhatsApp messages, or the support chat. In a place with thousands of people, they didn't even put up signs or provide directions on how to find the group. The email didn't mention that they were a different company than Civitatis.

Translate this opinion into English.

Mili wasn't our guide, but she was a bright spot in our day. Thanks to her, we were able to join the tour with our group. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, we arrived a few minutes late, and she saved us. We also owe a debt of gratitude to Valeria, our guide, who, in addition to being outstanding at her job, explaining everything perfectly and making the tour interesting and engaging, was quick to join us as soon as we arrived. Thank you both for going the extra mile in your customer service! Opinion translated. Show original.

Luca was an excellent guide, very professional, fun, and knowledgeable about Roman history. Faced with an unforeseen situation due to a worker accident last night, he tried his best to finish the tour of the Colosseum, the main monument we wanted to visit because of its great interest and significance. We were able to enter, although we couldn't finish the tour properly, as we were "asked to leave" because the Colosseum was being closed for an investigation. Even so, Luca was excellent.

For the price, I expected much more. We paid €129 for two people when the ticket stated €18 per person. Similarly, with the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour, we weren't accompanied to the Sistine Chapel, and the access to St. Peter's Basilica wasn't properly explained. The entrance fee was €20, and we ended up paying €238 for two people. I think this is excessively expensive for the service provided. I'll think twice about booking with Civitatis again.
