Everything was perfect. Any questions were answered immediately. I recommend renting an electric bike; it makes the trip much easier.
Honestly, the rental was great; they explained the whole route and how to handle the bike. The problem isn't the rental itself, which is excellent, but the terrain there is terrible, to say the least. But the bike rental guys aren't to blame.
